We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes: • Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact information you voluntarily provide when creating an account or adding clients to a queue • Queue Data: Client names, phone numbers, party sizes, and wait times entered by establishment owners to manage their queues and reservations • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and device identifiers • Usage Data: Features used, actions performed, and interaction patterns within the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways: • To provide, maintain, and improve our queue management and reservation services • To send SMS notifications to clients about their queue status (using phone numbers provided by establishment owners) • To send push notifications about queue updates • To manage your account and establishment settings • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support • To analyze app usage trends and improve user experience • To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our app uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality: • Supabase: Provides authentication, database storage, and real-time data synchronization. Your account data, queue data, and reservation data are securely stored on Supabase servers (SOC 2 Type II compliant). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. • PostHog: Used for anonymous product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the app. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog. Only anonymized events (e.g., "client served", "reservation created") are tracked. • Expo: Provides the app framework and push notification delivery infrastructure.

5. SMS Notifications

Our app allows establishment owners to send SMS notifications to their clients regarding queue status updates. Phone numbers are provided by establishment owners or by clients themselves when joining a queue via QR code. SMS messages are sent solely for queue management purposes. We do not use phone numbers for marketing or share them with third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement comprehensive technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Queue and reservation data is retained for statistical and historical purposes. If you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have the following rights regarding your data: • Right to access your personal data • Right to correct inaccurate data • Right to delete your account and all associated data directly from the app Settings • Right to restrict processing • Right to data portability • Right to opt-out of marketing communications To delete your account, go to Settings within the app and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account, establishment, queue history, and all associated data. You may also request deletion by contacting us at contact@queuefast.co.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information.
