Terms of Service

By accessing and using QueueFast's mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

QueueFast is a virtual queue management application that allows professionals to: • Create and manage virtual queues for their establishment • Send push notifications and SMS to their clients about queue status • Manage reservations • Analyze attendance and performance statistics Customers can join a queue by scanning a QR code, without downloading any app.

Permission is granted to use QueueFast's application for its intended purpose of queue and reservation management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the application materials • Use the application for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations • Transfer your account to another person • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

QueueFast offers different subscription plans: • A free plan with limited features (up to 20 clients per day) • Paid plans with extended features including unlimited clients, SMS notifications, and advanced statistics Prices may be changed with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

When you create an account with QueueFast, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify QueueFast immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account, establishment, queue history, reservations, and all associated data. This action is irreversible. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at contact@queuefast.co.

You are responsible for the data you enter into the application, including client names, phone numbers, and establishment information. You confirm that you have the necessary consent to enter client data and send them notifications via SMS or push notifications.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users • Collecting personal information about others without consent • Sending spam or unsolicited communications via the app's SMS features • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the application or systems • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

The application and services are provided on an "as is" basis. QueueFast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall QueueFast or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application, even if QueueFast or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

QueueFast may terminate your account and access to the application at any time for violation of these terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. You can also terminate your account at any time from the Settings page within the app.

QueueFast may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the application after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence.
